So, having said that I only have 30 days left, it comes to mind the "30 day Brides Diet"...I had NO IDEA about this. Seriously, how do you crash diet? How can I make my little pouch just a little bit smaller in 30 days? They tell me:
- Exercise everyday, for at lease 30 minutes
- No white carbs
- No sweets
- No eating past 8
- No caffeine or carbonation
- Eat smaller portions
- For some meals, drink a protein shake and an apple or orange...
What did you do during your "30 days"???
